PINS' goals are humane education and spay/neuter of Meade County pets. Spaying/neutering your pets not only decreases the chances of unexpected pregnancies, but also decreases male animals' aggressiveness. The more people who are educated regarding animal care and control, behavior toward aggressive animals, and the need for spay/neuter, the better humankind and animals can live together.
